Hi! I’m Meredith.

I am a licensed therapist with many years of experience in both acute inpatient and traditional outpatient settings. I provide evidence-based and results-focused therapy for individuals across Tennessee. I seek to form collaborative and trusting relationships with my clients, and utilize evidence-based approaches to counseling include addressing one’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being. My treatment plans are based on the holistic needs of the individual, not just specific symptoms. We will set individualized goals together, we will explore the miles you’ve already journeyed, we will assess the trajectory of your current roadmap, and we will set you up to thrive in the miles to come. When I am not in the office, you can find me spending time with my family, friends, and pets. Fulfilling relationships and hobbies enrich our lives and can boost our overall wellness… Here is one of the ways I lead by example for my clients.
